When a store you can see on Locations is missing from the storefront map, it is one of four things. They are listed in the order to check.
1. It has no pin yet
Only placed locations are shown. Look at the row's Status on Locations: Needs fixing means the address could not be placed, and the store is deliberately left off the map rather than put somewhere wrong. Pending means it is still being placed after an import โ wait a minute and refresh.
If the status is Placed and you added or fixed it in the last few minutes, just wait: the storefront refreshes its copy of your locations every five minutes.
Press Fix pin on the row and follow Fixing a pin that landed wrong.
2. It is past the Free plan's limit
The Free plan shows your first 5 placed locations, oldest first. The rest stay in the app and are not shown. The plan badge at the top of Locations reads "Free ยท N/5"; if N is above 5, that is why. Upgrading shows them all at once โ see Plans and pricing.
3. A filter is hiding it
On the storefront, check the store-type dropdown reads All stores, and clear any search. A search only lists stores within about 80 km of the place searched; a store further away is not a missing store.
4. The pin is right, the address is not
A Check pin status means the pin was placed with low confidence โ usually at the centre of the city or postcode rather than on the street. The store is on the map, just not where a shopper would look for it. Open it, drag the pin onto the store, and press Confirm pin location.
Still missing?
Open Support in the app and tell us the store's name. We can see what the geocoder returned for it.
