1. The block is on a different page, or in an unpublished theme
Add the map in your theme editor (under Settings in the app) puts the block on your home page template of the theme that was open. If you then moved on, it may still be there — or on a theme you have not published. In the theme editor, open the page you expect the map on and check Store locator is in its block list; add it if not. See Installing Nearmio and adding the map to your store.
2. "No store locations to show yet"
The block is working; it has nothing to show. Either you have no locations, or none has a pin. Check the On the map tile on Locations. If it reads 0, see A location isn't showing on the map.
3. "Could not load store locations"
The block could not reach Nearmio. Reload the page once. If it persists, check whether your store uses a content-blocking app or a strict content security policy that blocks requests to nearmio.com domains, then contact us through Support in the app with the page URL — we can see the failing request from our side.
Still stuck?
Send us the storefront page URL through Support in the app. Most map problems are visible in under a minute from the page itself.
