Uninstalling
In Shopify admin go to Apps, find Nearmio and uninstall it. Shopify cancels any Pro subscription at the same time. The Store locator block stops rendering on your storefront; you can remove it from the page in the theme editor to tidy up.
What happens to your data
Your locations are kept for 48 hours after uninstall. Shopify then sends Nearmio a request to erase the store, and everything — locations, pins, tags, settings — is deleted.
That window exists for one reason: if you uninstall by mistake, or to test something, reinstalling within 48 hours restores your locations exactly as they were, fixed pins included.
After 48 hours a reinstall starts from an empty Locations page. Keep your spreadsheet — a re-import rebuilds the list, though pins you corrected by hand would need correcting again.
Deleting sooner
If you want your data gone before the 48 hours are up, message us through Support before you uninstall, or email [email protected] with your store domain.
