Products are the rows of the Products grid: one row a product.
Shopify's own fields
- Description. Edited as text: a new line is a line break, a blank line starts a paragraph. A description with other formatting, headings, images, bold, is shown but cannot be edited here.
- SEO title and SEO description, the two of the search listing on the product's page.
- Tags. See Editing tags.
Your metafields
Every product metafield definition of a type the app edits, by name. See Which fields can be edited.
Finding products
Search by name. Filter by Vendor, Tag, Type or Collection.
In a file
The CSV file of products holds Product ID, Title and Handle, then your fields. Tags are a grid column and not a file column. See Exporting and importing a CSV file.
