Finding the rows you want

Last updated

The box over the grid reads Search and filter. It narrows the rows the same way the Products list in your Shopify admin does.

Search

Type a word and press Enter. Variants and products are found by the product's name, the variant's name and the SKU; every word you type must be found, at the start of a word. An order is found by its number, "1001", with or without the #.

Filters

Pick a filter from the list, then a value from your store.

  • Variants and products: Vendor, Tag, Type, Collection.
  • Orders: Payment status, Fulfillment status, Date placed (today, the last 7 days, the last 30 days).

A filter can be "is" or "is not". Several filters narrow together.

Nothing found

A search that finds nothing offers Clear search and filters.

The search travels with you

A CSV export holds the rows the grid lists under the current search and filters, not the whole store. Clear them first to export everything. See Exporting and importing a CSV file.

Orders show the last 60 days

The Orders grid lists orders placed in the last 60 days. An older order is not listed and cannot be searched for.
